Five or so years ago the ER told me I needed surgery for an ovarian cyst, but I haven’t had any treatment and never have I had pain during these years. I’ve had no periods this past year.  I went to the dentist and they said I need a doctor release because my BP was 168/110.  Since then over the past month I’ve been periodically recording the numbers and they’ve been steadily 170/110 or higher. My bowel movement has randomly been waterery maybe four five times in my life. Has my BM been waterery for known reasons?Drinking to much? Stomach flu? Even those couple of incidents only using it once twice tops I found an OBGY N without a referral. Before when I was seeking treatment about four yrs ago they wanted some documentation of diagnose what do you think ? what should I do? should I go back to Er or wait for appointment…. Tell me something PLEASE

Thank you very much for contacting us with your concerns regarding your recent diagnosis of high blood pressure and diarrhea

We are a cancer based service and I believe you are referring to us regarding whether your symptoms fit with a cancer diagnosis I am assuming. Diarrhea and high blood pressure could be unrelated or linked to a syndrome we call carcinoid syndrome. However, this is not a diagnosis that can be established online and a thorough review of your history and blood work is needed prior to proceeding further. However, you mentioned a blood pressure of 170/110. This is a high blood pressure, particularly the 110 number and you should seek immediate care at an ER to prevent any damage to your organs.

Sorry again to hear about your problems and I hope my answer helped
